World Peace Stupa: This spectacular monument, locally known as “Shanti Stupa,” is one of the 8 Peace Pagodas across the world.  It was constructed as a symbol of world peace. Situated at a height of 1,100m on Anadu Hill, the area possesses an oasis of peace along the picturesque backdrop of the Annapurna Mountain Range and Pokhara Valley.

Pumdikot Shiva Statue: Statue Pumdikot is one of Nepal’s tallest (108 ft) Lord Shiva statues in Pokhara, located at 1500 m above sea level. You can see a small statue of the deity Ganesh circling the statue, as well as 108 Shiva lingams. The place is also a viewpoint, which offers you a mesmerizing view of Phewa Lake in the middle of Pokhara Valley, where the panoramic view of the giant Himalayas ranges from 6000 to 8000 meters, enhancing its beauty.

Tal Barahi Temple: Tal Barahi Temple, also referred to as Lake Temple or Varahi Temple, is a two-story pagoda temple situated on a small island on Phewa Lake in Pokhara. Dedicated to Goddess Varahi, who is an avatar of Goddess Durga, both Hindu and Buddhist supporters visit here for worship. You will need to take a boat ride to reach the temple.

Phewa Tal: Phewa Tal is the second-largest and most visited lake in Nepal. The lake is one of the freshwater lakes of Pokhara that has an island temple in the centre of the lake, “Tal Barahi.” It is famous for boating and, on a clear day, offers a breathtaking view of Mt. Machhapuchhre and other mountain peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
